Food Prep | Healthy Meals | What I Eat | Weight Loss | Fitness

This is a meal I like to make regularly for either lunch or dinner. It's delicious and has lots of veggies but is also low in calories. Its excellent for anyone interested in weight loss or healthy eating on their fitness journey. Eating like this has helped me during my fitness transformation.
